Brian is a member of the Lantern Watch and supporter of the Storm Peace Keepers. He supports the rule of law and is troubled by some of the things he has seen happen in the Lantern Watch. He has been reprimanded by Lady Woden for bringing in Lords or Ladies who have violated Cillmar's laws so he is keeping a low profile. He does not support the True Men and what they are doing to stir up Cillamar.
